no indicators!!!

whilst parked up ,with my left indicator flashing,they all of a sudden stopped working.checking fuses ,the indicator 15amp fuse was blown,so i put a new one in which straight away blew when i put the ignition on and tried indicating so i imagine there must b a short on the indicator circuit.any1 else come across this??and where prob was??

just had this problem myself. Check the glovebox light switch isn't earthing out.

Make sure the hazard light switch is in and connected properly?
After you've had the dash apart and that, it may be loose?

I remember when I was installing a chip and plugged the ECU back in, pinched a wire when slotting it in causing the indicators to go mental.

If the fuse only blows when you switch a particular side of the indicators on, then the fault could be anywhere between the indicator switch and the indicator lamps themselves, and the instrument panel warning lights.
A good place to start would be the alarm, if this flashes the indicators, considering the quality of most alarm fitters work that I come across.
