Wil...this was going back a good three years now.

I did buy the real MHW tinted rear lights, and I had clear front and side repeaters, bar that it was completely standard.

I sold it cos I got caught speeding, and I came to uni and thought I would never be able to afford to run it....this was true, but I instantly regretted it and still do.

It was lovely, fullBMWsh, two previous owners....don't get me started or I'll cry!!

Very nice mate!

Got any pics of the black MHW lights? I fancy a set but they look a bit pony in some pictures, but sweet-as in others!

I can't make my mind up!

I don't think I ever took any with those lights on.....

And I sold the car with them on. :x :x

Idiot.

They did look smart though, especially on the black car.

Dammit!

I'm loving the LSD siggy BTW!

Sorry to hear about the 'incident' dude, but it sounds like you got off lucky.

Oh and before i forget, do you wanna come to Donny show on April 8,9,10 with me and a load of mates, go up friday lunchtime, stay in a travel-lodge fri & sat night, come back sun. Fri night we stay in at the lodge and get wasted, sat night we go into town, pubbin, clubbin (already on the guest list), then lap dancing. And of course go to the show sat, and sometimes evn sun if we get up in time!

It's a quality weekend mate!!

Sorry for the hi-jack!

Jon....I'll let you knwo about Donny....sounds like a right laugh, but it's just that it's getting a bit close to my dissertation hand in to be going for weekends away...how sad.

Thanks for the offer though....any time after the end of June I'm up for the shows!!

Kam.....I will get another mint sport eventually, but I'm loving my Touring for the time being.

Still can't believe it's dead.

My Dad loved it too, and he'll be gutted as well!

sorry to seem like a twat about it mate but i'm not in the best of moods tonight. i am sorry to see it go but these things are sent to try us aren't they, only found out myself tonight. at least you can be consoled byt he thought that the car moght have payed the arse behind the wheel a lesson by

a) scaring the shit out of him

b) hurting him to the point where he won't put other road users at risk like that again.

again, sorry if iseemed like a git before

No probs mate,

Was just a little gutted before......

Moved on now anyway, just a shame to hear that my old sport, which I loved and looked after so well is gone!

Oh well.....Touring Time!

My bird ended up walking round herself, and is in my bed now, so I'd better be off!

Understandable Woody, but you got your cabby for a right bargain, and it's a motorsport edition!!

You'd have paid more for a nice sport by far!

Yours is cool, will be well sweet sprayed up with the kit on!

Can't wait to see it!

Lovely car, I'll be very happy if I can find one like that.
Pity it died. I know what its like though. I sold my CRX two years ago after spending loads of money and time on it and even had it in a car show.
The next owner scrapped it for parts as there was some rust coming through on the arches and sills. :(

Another similar story I have is this:

I bought a K reg 1992, last of the proper shape CRX VTEC in white with nice 17's, lowered, etc etc. Proper mint. Loved it so much. It had only 46k miles.

My bird wanted to go travelling, but I had no money, my only option was to sell the beast and pay for myself that way. Very hard decision, and I regretted it straight away.

I sold it to a mate, and was gutted watching it drive off.

He used to keep it just as mint as I did, but was a bit of a scatty driver. I told him to take it easy.

It was written off a couple of months later. Gutted.
