Wire back a pair of wires from each motor to the centre console. There's a hole through the middle of each door pillar plug and socketfor the purpose.
Take a live wire from position Q (just to the right of the bottom pin of the four pin radio socket) on the accessories socket behind the glovebox, and an earth wire from the stud with the brown wires above the glovebox, and feed these to the console as well.
Raid the scrappy for a couple of window switches, complete with sockets and some wire attached, and get the cutout as well.
Fit the switches to the console (cut the holes with a craft knife), and connect the wire from Q to either terminal on the cutout.
Connect the wires from the motors to 1 and 6 of the appropriate switch. They may need swapping around to make the windows work the correct way.
Connect the other terminal of the cutout to pin 3 of each switch, and pins 4 and 5 of each switch to your earth wire.
