After the rolling road ive had a go at re-mapping.

The problem ive got is since ive recalibrated the TPS and adjusted the map to match it seems to lean out on the crossover from vacuume to boost!

Ive raised the fuel at 100kpa still doing the same?

Any sugestions?

Perhaps raise the fuel a bit below atmos or something?

Have you still got the negative corrections below atmos?

Still can't figure out why they're there! Sure Mr Walker has his reasons though!

No all 0s

Wont adding more fuel at say 90kpa effect unboosted aswell? or would that only be at WOT?

try enriching the mix @ the boost threshold Len, will result in alittle overfuelling at that transient spot but will carry you through the off/on boost quite well I'd think

can you guys use RPM based accel fuelling? as the rpms shoot up as the boost chimes in you can tweak the rate of change to cover the above glitch.

Think my light cruise is at about 0.1bar below atmos (ish anyway) so it would only effect larger throttle openings and boost.

Not sure how that'd work with the vent on yours though Len, guess the vacuum in the manifold's not effected by that is it?

We can tell the ECU not to bother with accel enrich above a certain threshold Ant, but I don't think we're able to have a different amount for a given engine speed :(

Ant do you mean give it a spike of fuel at 100kpa then back off again
instead of the curent gradual increase ive got at the mo?

Not sure what you mean by vent alex?

Also just fitted a baley dump valve as well as the bypass (only open when the chargers not on!) to release the BIG spike between fast gear changes. lets out a good chuff every time i lift my foot :D

Was thinking of the valve you have to stop the pipes from popping off when the throttle's shut :)

Your throttle's downstream of the charger isn't it?

My TB is after the charger

It runs -air filter-supercharger-TB and the bypass only bypasses the charger.
So that shouldnt make any differance to the map sensor.

I increased the fuel at atmos lastnight just before i realised my rear tyre had come off the rim  more expence! Think it did make a diferance tho :D
Will try again thiseve.

Cheers guys

Not as bad as i made it sound. It blew a small hole about 1" across the side wall and i had to drive on a flat thus came off the rim and was flapping around a bit!
I thought my wheel had come off or somthing   Never mind sorted now! Did think it was somthing more serious. Yet another problem to hold the intercooler install!
