nothing, just a plug and play jobby,

you could do the rar end change, convert from drums to disc's, just for that extra sopping power

You'll need the 325i ecu and Airflow meter, apart from that it's just plug and play.

Ugrade the brake's mate.
Some early 320's have solid disc's on the front and the smaller strut's (45mm small-51mm big strut's) with drum's on the back :?
Also don't know if you need to change the coding plug in the cluster's?

No, six cylinders!

Coding plug change is for six to four or four to six cylinders!

If you're changing to the 325 gearbox as well, then you'll need a 325 prop. 320 gearbox fits, and has better ratios, but is supposed to be weaker.
320 diff is a bit high ratio for a 325 as well.

Rads are the same as is the front anti-roll bar but most 320i's dont have any rear anti-roll bar so it's a good idea to fit one 8O

right

so basically I need engine, prop, gearbox, clutch, air flow meter and diff

defo gonna change the rear axle as well for disks and get rid of the drums.

Do i need to change brake/clutch master/slave cylinders as well with the disks on the back?

How about the fuel pump? Is the manifold the same of do I need to change that as well??

Fuel pump will be fine

Manifolds should come with doner car or engine!

Brake servo and M/C will be fine but you will need extra pipes for the discs, im sure drums are cables

Handbrake cables for disc rear axles are different than those for drums, IIRC.
