my cars up for an MOT in a munth and i think everything is cool, but the steering is really vague and sort of loose. the fluid is topped up so i was wondering what it could be???
any ideas...?

when you say that it seems loose do you mean theres a lot of play before the wheels turn?

tis a bit strange. say i'm on the fast lane of a motorway... if i want to change lanes, i'll steer, then about a second or two later the car will start turning. there is about 35degrees play in the wheel before anything seems to happen. its a bit scary

does your car have a steering box and have you had the tracking set up properly?
