performance

does anyone know what kinda bhp id be pushing with a 2.5 engine, bbtb, chip, manifold, exhaust and air filter?

All depeds on the state of the engine before hand.

A good condition 170bhp std engine with those mods should see a healthy 180bhp maybe a few more.

If your thinking 6 branch also maybe 190bhp.

There are a few modified 2.7's that are around the 200bhp mark and I know of one 2.5 with ITB's, 272 cam and MBE standlaone and that only made 196bhp.

Do you know the full spec of that engine? i.e which head, block pistons?

Pretty much stock other than the parts I listed. It had a straight through exhaust and Ã‚£?000's spent on the rest of the car too.
I found this from the description of the car:
