I don't like it either but if you like it that's all that matters.

Is it on hydraulics or have you really left the suspension standard!? 8O

That's a great part of the world, and virtually rust free!
I mainly know V.N.Famalicao in Portugal, just up the road toward Braga from you. Lovely place, great weather, nice driving roads - good for an E30 I think!

Hmmm - you ought to try British roads! The new EU funded portuguese motorways are very smooth and comparing the smaller roads (ignoring cobbled stone streets!) your roads are a bit rough sometimes - but here the frost attacks the road causing many holes, then the government cuts council funding to pay for it's War of Terror, resulting in these big holes ending up everywhere.
Occasionally a road is nicely resurfaced - the better the job they do however the quicker someone else digs it back up to install piping, cables etc.

Really my journey into work now is like one giant shakedown, I probably ought to just buy a big lexus or an E38!

hey welcome djjammy!

car looks nice and clean dude-think it helps that your place is much warmer than Britain!

There are some really cool roads in portugal, esp around Porto, but the one I remember the most is a mad backroad that I took from Lisbon to seville-absolutely nuts, especially in a ford ka :D

keep up the good work on the car!
