With orange bulbs they should flash orange, but if they don't and a copper behind you is having a bad day you'll get pulled for it.

Looks like painted ones at that price but they do look good !

It's alot cheaper tinting them yourself!
You can buy the tinting spray in a can from your local part's shop which is all that has been done there mate.
It's not really legal on the road as your indicator flashes red but depend's how red you make them but by the look of those they will defo be red.
I got pulled up about it and they said to me that it was'nt like that from manufacturer (sp) so it is illegal. That was in Portsmouth though and i live in Essex and have'nt changed them, just keep a look out for the old bill but i have had plenty of complement's from people out on the street
