has anyone here had any problems with the E30 ZONE SHOP i ordered a chip last Sunday 9th April it's been paid for but never delivered (although they claim it has!) what can i do?
help me please guys -£55 just gone!!

OK chips are on a 7-10 day turnaround dude, I can sometimes get them out faster but I've been V busy with work( self employed) and the despatch times have averaged 7 days of late.
Bank holiday hasn't helped in this case, but I gotta have some R+r right ?
there are 12 orders in the post today, if you drop me a PM/email I'll confirm its on route for you, real name required BTW.

by my calculation that is only 4 working days.... give it another day or two and I'm sure Ant will make you happy

sux doesn't it, back in the day it was a 24 hour turnaround, just cant do that @ the moment.
Apologies to all, it will be made clearer when orders are placed, this only affects the chips as "stock" is held at zero, they are blown to each order as and when its recieved.

i got a bit worried when i ordered mine, but i was told to wait. and did. and are well pleased, as i confirmed it in a txt
think mine took 2 weeks pretty much. takes 5 mins to install, and a little bit to self set up.

Just like to add my support for the zone shop ! Got my H&R ARBs delivered to my door almost before I'd put the phone down.... also found the guy really helpful about all sorts of things E30 related (helpful when you are useless as me).. Think you must have just been v. unlucky
