318 to 2.5 conversion

Hi, need as much info as possible on the above conversion. ive got a 318 convertible on j plate. What bits (engine, box, obviously) would i need to do the conversion. Is it a straight swap or do i need new mounts, etc.

It was a long time since I did my old one, but here goes!
Engine(plus mounts)
6 cyl Engine loom
ECU (173?)
Gearbox(plus g/b cross member)
slave cylinder? (may be the same as 318i)
Propshaft
Exhaust system
Radiator
Expansion bottle

cooling Hoses Top/bottom




Other stuff:

Diff (can do later)
Suspension
Brakes

my mate will be doing most the work. just needed to know roughly how much on parts. what would a good engine and box cost? and the other bits?

You would be better buying a complete damaged or rotten 325i to get all the bits needed!!
