will m-tech suspension from a 325is fit my 320i se? iv been told its got 56mm struts. Will they fit? Is it a worthwhile swap and will it lower the car by much? planning on a 2.5 then 2.7 conversion in time.

Yes it will swap straight over.
Dont think it will lower it much,maybe 10mm or so,but definately worth doing!
