i have got a 320i and have brought the engine out of a c2 2.7 alpina which was auto, does anyone no what i will have to change other then the block and the gearbox. the fella has give me the manifold,airbox,idle control and all the little bits he has also give me the gearbox from a 325i sport. does anyone no what power tha c2 2.7 engine is kicking out, i have no ecu with it what other ecu can i use cheers.....320i to a 2.7 alpina......

Possibly your 320 ECU can be used with a 2.7 zone chip, if you can't get the right one.
Your 320 gearbox will fit, but is supposed to be weaker than a 325 one.
If you use the 325 box, then you will need a prop as well.
Don't forget to fit a spigot bearing in the end of the auto crank!
