Touring rear door wont open

What might be the cause of a rear door to not open? handle doesnt nothing and cant move the door pin from the inside either..

Touring rear door doesn't have a pin inside, so I assume you mean one of the rear passenger doors!
Sounds like the deadlock is engaged. Why, is another matter.
You'll have to take the door card off and remove the locking solenoid to release the deadlock, then start fault finding.
Most likely is the solenoid itself.
