Hi, im changing the oil in my 3.91 lsd. Just wondering what oil is recommended and where can i get it from.

go to BMW with a suitable 2L container ask for LSD oil.. hand over £15 a litre bingo..

I've been recomended Castrol B373 by a few people who know they're stuff, can get it here...

Bought an LSD for my touring, got a little worried when I first fitted it as it was making all sorts of grouching noises, removed the oil that was in it, but it didn't have that 'LSD oil' smell to it, put some of this stuff in, and it's been great ever since.
Cheaper than BMW too.
