Model : e30 325i 1990

A brief history:

I purchased the car with 100 000km on the clock, with a fsh with the agents, it was from an old lady so everything was in it's place and well maintained. Shortly after purchasing the car, i noticed that it had a slight hesitation round 2500rpm (nothing major) but if i kept the car at that rpm the car would stutter/hesitate.. Over time it has become worse.
So far in the 2 years that i have owned this car i have replaced the following:

Fuel Pump + Filter + Fuel lines
AFM
ICV
Injectors cleaned and tested
ECU
Dizzy Cap + Rotor
Plug Wires

Dispite my best efforts, the problem still persists... i am ready to throw in the towel

DME Fuel relay? Long shot... but it's one of the ones on the passenger wind in the engine bay next to the AFM... worth a try. Otherwise I would have said AFM but you've changed that. Have you changed the plugs?? Theyre not on the list but I assume you have.

One of the engine speed sensors, that could be it, if it's developed a glitch at a certain speed, not unlikley when the car is 16 years old. Down by the front of the engine, exhaust side, near the toothed wheel.

Yup, i replace the plugs every service without fail.. i have removed the entire AFM boot etc to inspect, no cracks like new.. Widge, d'you have a pic of the engine sensor and exactly where it is located ?
Just checked the relay now, it ain't that either

Part 3 mate

It's below the exhaust and oil filter, and is at the front of the engine on a bracket pointing in towards the induction ring on the crank front pulley, little black thing you can just see in the photo here
