what would i need to do to convert a efi m20 on to triple dcoe.

Manifold, and some sort of spark control, weather it be a dizzy from an earlier M20 or a standalone spark ecu, you could probably get by with the motronic ecu generating the spark.
Why would you want to thoug?? When mega squirt and spark is less than the price of a manifold let alone the carbs and much more efficent and flexable. Just seems a retrograde step to me going back to carbs on a fuel injected engine.
