Hi,

Looking to replace my front control arm bushes but I've seen on an online guide that the bushes need to be pressed into the 'lollipop' with a hydraulic press - has anyone done it another way? Can they be done in a big vice?

Cheers,
James

No, solid centered ones.

Got some of these ordered today for mine. £45.90 + VAT per pair 8O
Quite expensive compared to standard E36 items at £18 + VAT per pair.

I was planning on using E30 M3 eccentric, but when he said £68 + VAT I nearly fell over!!

Yeah I was planning on that too, and had a similar reaction!
So I'm going to go for the powerflex m3 eccentric ones from the zone shop when I do them, should be around £41 with postage, and hopefully they'll be a bit easier to fit too
Cheers,
Robin
