e24 628 csi engine, is it worth it?????

hi,

been down the srappy yard today only to find a e24 628 csi sat right at the front, full complete car with good engine that started first time.

now for the qeustion,

it's got a auto gearbox which i don't really want, is there any way of fitting a manual gearbox instead?

he only wants £250 for the whole car so a bargin anyway.

Its a bargain for the whole car yes, But £250 could get you an M50 engine and box!
