What order to swap wheels/tyres

Cant get my head round this. I have 15" BBS X-spokes with 205/55/15 tyres on the car and 15" Hartge wheels with 195/50/15 off the car.

I want to have the Hartge rims refubished, put 205/55/15's on them (new or second hand) and put them on the car and sell the BBS's and 195/50/15's. Its the order im getting stuck on

so far I have

1 Get refubisher to take tyres off Hartge rims
2 refubish Hartge rims but not refit tyres
3 take refubished rims and car and swap 205/55/15 from BBS put on Hartge, put Hartge rims and tyres on car.
4 sell BBS wheels and 195/50/15 tyres seperately

or

1 swap tyres from BBS to Hartge
2 put BBS & 195/50/15's on car
3 get refubisher to remove tyres on Hartge's refubish & refit tyres
4 swap BBS for Hartge on car
5 sell BBS with 195/50/15 tyres fitted

Or

1 Get refubisher to take tyres off Hartge rims
2 refubish Hartge rims but not refit tyres
3 Put new 205/55/15 on Hartge rims
4 swap Hartge wheels &205/55/15 for BBS 205/55/15
5 sell BBS, 195/50/15 and 205/55/15's seperately

Suggestions as im loosing it on this one

Hi Paul, im after some 15" bbs. Had a few offers already but i dont know if you would be willing to sell yours?

Hi Paul we met at the Lakeside meet (black/silver Pistonheads Jacket. 325i touring) when your dad was driving for you, did you pass you test?

Yep I want to sell my BBS as I have the Hartge's to replace them, they need work to make them mint, ie missing one centre cap, centre badges/stickers need renewing, slight curbing, im perhaps making them seem worse than they are, when there is another Lakeside meet you can have a look. its just how to swap the wheels/tires that im having problems figuring out.

Hi, Yer i remember you well! With cotty 180 on the cap! I am potentialy swapping my wheels for some bbs this wednesday, so im not sure what to do now! Ant has some bbs also! How much were you after? Also what are they tyres like,

Just the wheels or tires as well, would be 195/50/15's tyres

Haha, oh yes i remember! Erm, i would need tyres and wheels. Im after non budget tyres for once

. Also is it 4 or 5 wheels?

If your doing a deal with Ant then go ahead I dont want to tread on anyones toes as I want Ant to do some work on my car in a couple of weeks time.

slight problem I only got 4 Hartge wheels with 4 195/50/15 tyres but have 5 BBS wheels to sell so not got enough tyres for the wheels i need to sell

ie I will have 5 BBS wheels and 4 195/50/15's. the tyres are tom notch, I bough them off a zoner who said they had 2,000 miles on them

Hi,

That wouldnt be a problem about the tyres, as i have a good spare until i were to buy a tyre for the 5th wheel. Im not doing a deal with ant, its sombody else who was thinking about swapping, and i may go ahead, but if yours are better...

How much were you looking for for them with the 3 caps and 4 tyres?
