Alright,

Bonny Scotland i adore you! Sun was shining on the way home from work so i openned the sun roof. I get home & find i cant close it, then the snow starts! :(

Anyone no how to close it? Wen i press the button its clicking but the sunroof wont move. Ive checked the fuse (fine) Ive pulled back the lining where the motor is but cant see anyway to wind it manually! Please help!

(its a 325i sport dont no if that makes a difference?)

Thanks

You should have an Allen Key in your BMW toolbox in the boot for such an event. There's an allen head under the cover to wind the suunroof closed...

Next to the switch there's a rectangular panel which you can pop out to get access.

Thanks for your help! Suns out again now anyway

Button by the handbrake...? Never seen that before. Must have either been a retro-fit or a previous owners modification...

Looks the part! window switches are down there too! I did notice that i can open the sunroof at anytime, even with the ignition off which made me think it wasn't a factory fit.
