Clutch/gearbox problem

Ok when im at a stand still it is hard to get it into gear, first and second. it requires some force to push it into gear its also the same only not as bad when moving. Ive topped up the fluid but this hasn't helped. Iv'e done a search and from what i read it seams the master or slave cylinder could be buggard.

could anyone shed some light on this please??

Where is the "biting point" of the clutch?

i think its the master or slave cylinder as when im at a stand still and i put it in first with the clutch in it rols forward, gonna fit new cylinders and see how i get on.
