I have a maccau (sp?) blue e30 cab, and am getting a full paint job done, so I was wondering what you guys think is the best color to go for !! Nothing chav please, I am looking for a straight color, possibly a pearl, please leave any ideas you have on this thread please. I am leaning towards mettalic black, but dont feel very confident. Any help would be greatly appreciated ! :D

Id stay with the original colour to be honest.
Think it was only issued to Cabs so this alone makes it fairly special?

Also looks lovely when polished!

Am i being silly or is that a motorsport cab only colour, if so, leave it original please.

If not, calypso red might just get my vote.

Well I have to say that the two best colours are Calypso Red and Mauritius Blue, no doubt about it.

It not a real motorsport, but an as identical 325 replica. It has been sprayed sometime in the past, but needs to be sorted to be mint, and summer is comming, so I was toying with going with a diferent color. I was thinking met black ? any pics available ? Thanks

Stevetigger is talking rubbish. Why spray your car a boring grey?

A fresh, shiny brilliant red will be awesome. I would bet a substantial amount of money that in the summer a brilliant red car polished up will turn more heads than any other colour. Especially if it's a cab

Though the original colour is nice too. I dunno :?

Calypso Red or Mauritius Blue,
You get some nice shades/contrasts of blue through the metallics when the sun hits it. I think Calypso Red has the same extent of contrasts.

Almost looks like 2 different colours when in and out of the sun.
