It was a 1990 G 318i 107.000 miles with the 15inc wheels. other than those it was standard. :oops:

Well it all started when i got up late.. It was raining. And i was in a rush got to this roundabout which i do every morning and before i knew it a lamp post was coming towards the passenger door. :cry:

Sorry to hear that, at least you are not blaming it on diesel :roll:

Break it up, you probably won't lose anymore than about a 1/3 of the value of the car.

Well thanks to good old ebay i picked up another tourer for £250 with a years ticket.. but its not great so i will be breaking the busted one. Any bits i dont keep i will put up on this site before trying ebay

the sill and floorpan look bent it would seem to be game over for this chariot.

I did similar things to my old 318i with trees! i laugh now!

I feel for ye geezer i had a similar adventure a few months back and wiped out the passenger corner of my lovely wagon. In saying that mine will be on the road again v soon so i do feel for you. Another tourer bites it! its not right :( :(

i lost my first e30 at the track going sideways and had a 911 turbo hit the rear they were both totaled. I feel for you but we learn from these things. at least that is what i've been told :roll: i would still like to have that e30.

You took out a 911 turbo :eek: ....whoops bet he wasn't to chuffed about that. Or do you mean you went sideways and were stranded on the track and Mr porsche boosted into you?

Are track days the same in this country, i.e. you pay for your own car no matter what the circumstances.
