Just draw everything at full scale and print it out at 1:1.
That way you can cut around the paper bit and make sure it fits before sending it off

Looks good Toby, is it 2.5" or 3" pipe work?
It does need either a larger or twin tailpipe, although the small pipe does help with the 316i disguise
