i work in iver - Park4Less its a valet parking company for heathrow airport, and i have a driven some nice cars since being there - its where i practice my drifting too!!

u have some spray do ya?? come to kingston next week if u want, wat uni u go to?? and yes kingston is a bit pants in a sense that i failed a couple of modules last year and they never let me progress to 2nd year so im repeating, ffs - does my nut in, teaching is fairly pants too

I did some red tail lights earlier in the week on my white E30.Looks hot. Only thing im wondering is though, i didnt clear coat them as i didnt want them to look all shiney and rice. It seems to be fine without it, although whats everyone else done...?

I got some spray off the net, made for tinting lights,masked the indicators off, gave them a quick rub down with some fine wetnday paper,didnt have any scotch pads so i thought it might just help dul it up before paint. Cleaned it all up, and sprayed, looks propper!

I havnt been able to get any pictures as the weathers been pants at the mo but ill try and get some tommorow, along with my tinted front indicators (black-to match in with the black strip).


Oh and obviously my lights now flash red, is this legal?I wouldnt of thought it would be much of a problem, you can buy rear lights that are already red/black,so surely as long as they still have the markings on the rear to say their legal, and they work its fine?

red rear light are NOT legal! they look dam good tho, especially of the grey and silver e30s makes me jaw drop

i didnt use any laquer on my lights. just red tint spray. and il hav a look for black paint but i doubt it. Kam pm me ur no or giv me a bell nex week. i lost my phone so lost ur no dude.

i live in richings park, i finished kingston time ago, but yeah we should meet because theres hardly anybody here with an e30. you might have seen my car around the area, its slammed on rh rims! p.s what spray has nav got?

hmm dont recall seeing yours mate, iv ordered red tint spray too, im after a clean smooth laquered finish, and theyr all gna get spray the whole area!

Managed to get some snaps of mine whilt washing it today (in a bloody force9 wind!!). Looks quite nice on white i recon.

cheers mate.The only thing is i havnt clear coated them yet, ill see how they hold up, they havnt pealed or anything as i rubbed the lights down slightly so it helped a bit with the sticking of the paint i think.

The only thing i can say is it came out a bit chunky, well not chunky, but it wasnt a absolutly fine mist, but when the spray dried it seemed to all smooth over nicely so i havnt got any qualms about it.

cheers for the link swirly, im up for the slough meet kam, il ask my mates with e30s too! and i have seen that sport with the borbets, it looks hard! only seen it once in iver, its dolphin grey or eithe a dark blue.
