Hi guys,

Just took my touring to have the tracking, etc, done - they my main problem (a split on the inside of a rear tyre!) but have told me they are unable to adjust the alignment as the track rod ends are seized!

Not knowing much about suspension, would i be able to free these up with some WD40 and a bit of elbow grease, or do they need replacing?
While i'm at it, is there anything in that region worth upgrading/modifying? I will be lowering the touring at some point soon and do drive my cars very hard :)

All advice and ideas appreciated!
