Pics of maroon e30 cab pic wanted please

just joined the site from owrk, at 4.30am and a few pages ago saw a stunning e30 cab in dark metallic red/maroon with alpinas on and a hard top. Can someone point me back to it please i really need to see it again (to convince myself to go out and buy one!!)

its calpyso red and most these cars are "motorsport 325i" which means they have all the toys and are the last in the e30 shape, reputedly only 25 made in this colour . They also made them in macu blue and sebring grey but the clouds are merky on total figures, circa 200.

Price wise you will pay a premium over a normal 325 convertible, but they are rare and hard to come across, there is calpyso red one on trader but its dog apparently....6K upwards

I dont think that's the one Daryll. I'm sure the one he's on about is the burgendy one doing the dough nuts in a car park. I think the owners mate had another one that got stolen or something too.

That car belongs to luxconvertible. there is a pic in the forsale section as he is selling his leathers. And it is a calypso red colour. There were 50 made in the motorsport edition. you can pick up some 318i convertibles in that colour too. not sure how many were made in the 318i. There is also an old issue of PBMW with a feature on a motorsport convertible in Calypso.

cheers guys, the actual pic i want is of one on here i saw it the other night but forgot where it was posted, its lighter in colour than thosae ones, might be a one off, it had a colour coded hard top and i think some dude was doing a burn out in it, it was a side view of the car

that is the same car above mate. the colour shines alot more in the sun as in the pic u saw. there was also a yellow e36 m3 in the background. look in photo gallery. its somewhere ther.
