If the car never had electric front windows, then I doudt if any of the wiring is there.
Motor assemblies are a straight swap for the manual gear in the doors. (Fit tweeter pods where the winder holes are).
Feed two wires from each motor back through the door connectors, through the hole in the door pillar plug and socket and back to the console.
I suggest you get the door light switches, relay under the glovebox, window switches, cutout and loom around the switches and glovebox from a scrapper, work out which are the wires that go to the motors, and splice them to your newly installed wires in the car.

you will have the wiring in the doors for the elecy window motors.
you will not have any wiring in the car for the switches.
you will need to rob all the parts from a car thats being broken.

if you need any help - just ask

i fitted electric windows to my mk1 sport this afternoon - its about 3hrs work.

Yes, come to think of it, when I fitted an '87 door to an '88 car a while back (accident repair), I did have to change the glass, as well as the electric for (cable type) manual winder.

If your existing manual windows are operated by an S shaped spiral cable in a tube arrangement, then you need the glass. If by a more conventional scissors and toothed quadrant arrangement, then your existing glass will fit.
