Hi
Does anyone have a setup so the fogs come on when you flash (and i assume also for full beam)? I have seen it on golfs and think it looks cool but may be a bit of a boy racer thing!
Let me know...
Full Beam and Fogs?

i don't care if it's boy racer i want it too - i reckon just bare back all the wires and twist them together in a great ball of wiring and it'll work!

I wouldn't say a boy racer thing either...actually quite the opposite! I only ever use my fogs as an extra lighting as I use the main beams anyway, when a car comes in the opposite direction, I switch them off straight away.
I have seen a guide to doing this on the internet somewhere, but can't for the life of me find it..

I thought about doing this a while ago.
Wouldnt it be the same as wiring in a set of spot lights, just with an extra switch to turn them on independently?

Careful of the fuse if you're just goin to "twist the two sets of wires together" ...did this once and it got hot and melted the damned fuse box!!!
Best way is to wire up a separate relay and use the high beams to trigger the relay to lock and turn the foggies on. Dead simple... and whole hell of a lot cooler

Hmm yeah might be a useful mod, i often use fogs to suppliment my main beam down dark country lanes (i seem to love driving down them for a city boy...) and its a bother playing with all the diff switches when you really should be
