I lost a centre cap for one of my alpinas a few weeks back, and got in touch with BMW Westerley in Exeter, explained I needed a new one, they said OK but usually better to drop in, that way they can look at the wheels about be 100% I'm getting the right part.

Drove down this morning, cap in hand (excuse the pun) and whilst polite the buggers never left the office to look at my wheels.

I could have read the part number of the back of one of the other ones over the sodding phone :x

60 mile round trip..........I did get me one of those wind up toy M3 car for Ԛ£1.......... at least wasn't a complete waste of time. winkeye

Parts are ordered but I wish they'd sort it out. Gonna be a month they rekon to make a lock that matches my existing key so bit of a wait.

Hey Tony,

Cheers for the offer dude, don't mind the drive if it is for a good reason just wasn't too impressed when I could have done that on the phone.

Defo bring the lights and paint, been keen to sort that out for a while,

randomdave should be bringing along a from grille for me too which is going to go black (plus I get the Sebring box fitted tomorrow!) so it should look the nuts shortly before I ding it winkeye (oh god I hope I'm not tempting fate!)
