was driving through town yesterday and saw a white 325i (i think).
and it had a bavaria badge on the right hand side of the boot where
the badge normally is
is this a special model or just a random badge?
anyone heard of them before?

Iv seen one of these in a scrappy before. Wasn't sure what it meant. Wouldn't mind knowing though!

I have it on good authority that the bavaria badge was the German SE DESIGNATION. These appear on some 70,s british bmw,s.

Sorry men it was what 80s council types stuck on their turds before the advent of ebay M badges ! . The bavaria script was never factory fitted on any euro BMWs.

The BMW Bavaria was a N. American spec. E3, can't remember if it was a 2500 or a 2800. I remember seeing them in Vacouver in the 1970's.
