do you want the cushions? or the actual back that hinges to the floor. (Not sure how to remove them)
The cushions:-
fold seats up to give you some room
look at seat in front of you, the grab the very bottom of the CUSHION.
Pull forward and the cushion should pop off. You'll need to run your hands/fingers around the edges.. They held on with clips that push onto a tube/pole in the cushion.
hope this makes sense!

Damn it, I was so busy searching for bolts/nuts/screws that I didnt try wrenching the little buggers out. You do mean the part your back is against, not your arse?

Quick answer,as I don't have the time to be on here at the moment!
The backs pull off from the bottom as described, but YOU WILL LOSE BLOOD.
the whole metal structure is removed by wedging out two spring clips near the ends of the hinge p[late, and moving the whole thing slightly sideways. Easy when you know how, but I've seen more than one that's been attacked with hammers and chisels in scrapyards, and then abandoned still fixed in place.

The hinge frame which holds the seat squabs in position is held on with (I think 3) grub screws. Remove the squabs first by squeezing the thumb tags together and simply lifting them off. Remove the grub screws (they only really need to be loosened) then pull the hinge bar off it's 'keyhole slot' mountings - I can't remember if the bar moves forwards or backwards, but it will be obvious when you get there.
The seat backs are fiddly, but easy once you know how as Brian says.
The side bolsters are a single nut on the metal strap at their base, then a hefty lift straight up to pull them off.
