What does the warning light to the imediate right of the hand break light mean?

brake pad wear indictor if i can remember with out looking
is it an ! inside a circle with 3 dots around each side of the circle???
if so, then its the brake pad light...

yeha thats the one. dont know why it came on though i only just cecked the pads the day before. it only flickerd on though.

Thank you on this one mine just came on tonight and i didn't know what it was for now all i have too do is see if i can get them replaced before my mot at 10 in the morning.Thank you.

Don't touch them! Pad warning light is nothing to do with MOT.
If you change the pads, you'll probably fail on brake balance, as they won't be bedded in.
