Please can anyone help,

Last night some jealous *&^%%$Ԛ£ put my rear window through on my 87 M3, as you can guess not a happy hector this morning. Would like to get my hands on them and teach them a lesson .......!
Question I now have is, has any one else had to replace the rear window? If so, is it the same window as per all E30's or is it a different window? I'm led to believe the window is at a steeper angle than standard E30's and therefore I'm wondering if it is a different window.
If anyone has had to replace the window what did it cost? As I am now undecided with the way ahead. Claim off of the insurance or find one at the scrappes and get it fitted Don't want to it to affect my insurance, but then again don't want it to cost an arm and a leg.

Please can anyone help me.

if its a m3 then the back window is not the same as e30s but is bonded on you can clain off your insurance as it wont affect your no claims if you have cover for windows, second hand will be hard to find and more than likely more money then your exess of Ԛ£50ish plus you get if you get leakage or the heating elements dont work you are covered with a windscreen firm
