Value my M44 318is ??

OK guys the car has been hardly been used for the last year since i got my Mr2 Turbo so i think is about time i sent it to a better home where it can be driven and enjoyed.

So what do i ask for it??

1991 H Reg 318is
Motorsport Limited Edition
Genuine M-Tech 2
160k (Clock figure but engine only covered 36k)

M44 1.9 Engine (from a 99 model covered 35k, 2k in car since complete rebuild and modification to make fit etc).
25% lighter fly
bored throttle body
straight through exhaust

Full Respray in summer of last year

M tech suspension
17" e36 rims inc new tyres as in pic but also original X spoke 15's

Car is absolutely mint!! Interior is in good condition. Original recaros in tartan cloth, driver chair shows little ware.

Spent thousands on it!!

Any suggestions as to what i should expect to get for it?
