Squeaking belt on full lock

Hope you can help me.

My 316 auxillary drive belt squeaks in pulses when the wheels are held on full lock. Now I hope it's just that it needs tightening, but can anyone put my mind at rest that it's not a problem with the pump or rack :?

if the drivebelt is in good nick and correct tension, then it could be your pas pump :?

Mine did this until i replaced the PAS fluid.
