touring tailgate and door swapping

i have a pair of doors (no large dents) and a tailgate (no rust) to fit to my tourer.

the doors have manual winders and are partially stripped. will everything from my (full electric) doors simply swap over?

also, how does the wiring for the tailgate connect?

Electric windows will fit straight in. Wiring may even already be in the manual doors.
Tailgate wiring doesn't disconnect from the main loom . The wires have to be disconnected at the wiper motor and number plate lamps.

The loom clips around the side of the tailgate with the washer pipe frame, then only four spade connectors, a multiplug and, I think, an earth connection to undo.
