Recently noticed that everytime or maybe sometimes i put the clutch in i can hear a kind of grinding sound, is it clutch bearin, or what can it be???

My 320i use to do it from cold, then it went away after 4 or 5 mins of running. After a couple of laps of the 'ring it went away altogether
