Can anyone recommend a good induction kit. I live in the country so most miles would have a cold air anyway. I have a K&N cone at the moment and there is a difference from standard.

I bought the ITG kit from Sal at the Zone shop. It makes an appreciable difference to the performance, without any drawbacks that I can notice. A good/bad point, depending on your perspecitve, is that it's quite quiet, it only make itself known when between 5.5~6.5K.
I've fitted ITG filters as a preference to various vehicles over the years and always had good results. I'm running and enclosed ITG Maxogen kit on my Freelander that I got from JE Engineering, and whilst not cheap it's good for 11bhp.
Also I've bought a few things from the Zone shop recently, and Sal is a top bloke to deal with.
