Andy,
They are growing on me
Maybe if you get yourself to a meet someday. I can give your lovely Motorsport the once over, even with 18'' alpina rep's.
Cheers Gareth.

Wow that really is nice buddy. The fact that reading this thread nearly every other post is asking you to sell it says it all really. I'm not that big a fan of the Pina's cause they are a bit done now, but when you see them on a fresh looking car like this it all just flows so well and no doubt the best combination out there
I'm a lucky sod and have just bought a J plate Motorsport in the grey with a coded top too. Needs some work, but hopefully will look as mint as yours when i'm done. Ho and guys mine would be for sale at the right price cause i'm cheap
Ԛ£20K and maybe your daughters and i'm sure we cab work something out

As dean asked, any chance of the addy for the wheels?
I'll try not to get the same ones as you, as you deserve the credit for originality with the this one. I have been thinking of going 18's for a while now and i may just get round it this summer.....cheers pal.

Yes mtech setup, but to drop the rear a slight touch more i've temporarily put some mtech coupe springs in. The cabs have a stiff spring as with the tourer. Got the cab ones in my garage incase it all goes t!t$ up.
No scrubbing at all, strange as the 17 alp reps used to rub.
Andy.
Save on tyres, Devon, is the place, do a search on google.

Thanks again for nice comments.
It's got a couple of things left to sort out. Nothing major just those tiny niggles you can't see but ones you know are there and that you can sort for a couple of quid and hours. Problem is that each i get time in the garage to sort em i end up getting out in it or on my bike instead. Jobs for next winter now.

Magnex back box with Powerflow custom stainless pipes up to the downpipes. Ԛ£190 all in around 5 1/2 year ago from Powerflow.
Sounds kinda 'Straight sixishly powerful' for the want of a decent description without the boy racer loud. Wasn't looking for noise or power just a long lasting stainless.

Alright Andy, so you've still got the cab then! I've still got the iS i bought off you all those years and 80k ago!
Cab's looking better than i remember, which it should if it's had a resto. Didn't it have a white carpet originally?
Bob.

No it had a grey carpet as standard, I redyed it blue when i renovated the roof. Thanks for the compliment, I've had it over 7 1/2 years now and will probably never part with it. It still looks as good as the last post too.
Nice to see you still have the 318is. 80,000 miles Wow..!! I have put 1000 miles on mine since this post of Oct 2005, now around 86k, summer dry days only i'm afraid.
Best Regards,
Andy

HI Andy,
I know different people on here have used different products to dye their carpets grey but what product did you use to dye it blue?
Looks superb by the way!!
Cheers,
Stevo

Renovo, same as roof dye. It does harden the carpet, however continuous brushing for a few hours soon sorts it out.

Total mileage is now 140k. Been good fun getting there too.motorsport wrote:Nice to see you still have the 318is. 80,000 miles Wow..!!
I can understand why you only use the cab occasionally, with something in that condition it'd be a shame to get it dirty!
