You actually need to ask this question?
EDIT: When you have a track car with the interior stripped out including the sun visors then that's the only time you need one.
How old are you may I ask?

26?!
I thought you were 17 or something seeing as everyone has to chav up their first car in some way or another (don't they...?).
I know I did
I considered a sunstrip at one point as well
Have seen sense now though!

no, the beemer hasnt had the chav treatment, just a discreet spoiler, funky gearknob, and different alloys (I havent seen them yet but they are BMW ones) .. oh and a Ԛ£350 stereo... WHY??

...as Zay says, track cars with no sun-visors need them. Mine had a sun-strip... but then I carried it on down the side windows too for when the sun moved around...

If you decide to add one, you need to check the maximum thickness its allowed to be or it will fail the MOT (as my ex-chav bro found out).

It was becasue it was in the swept area of the wiper blades.

Hmmm. depends what kind. Most are very tacky but mine has one that is faded into the glass and looks nice.

Tacky as fook mate, dont go there. If you have a race car then a sun strip is a must, otherwise no way.
