320i insurance? How do you work that out...driving a 325i under 320i insurance is the same as not having any insurance at all, you crash, and you're up shit street, not the sort of advice to give out on a public forum!

yes but the insurance company does'nt have to know how big the pistons are 8)

Nice to see there's allways gonna be a healthy crop of 320 haters on here. How narrow minded some people are, if speed and econemy is so important why on earth are you driving any 6 pot e30 at all. Just to remind all the moaners this thread was about which car people like and would recomend but it would appear that some are confused and use it to express there loathing of other models of e30. If such individuals dont like the smaller 6 pots fair play, as I said in my earlier post its a personal choice thing but to critisize those who dont share your opinion is pointless and very ignorant. I think certain contributors to this and other threads should grow up and chill out, its only a car :tongue:

Have you considered an 318iS - OK - so you dont get the 6pot growl, but it should be more economical and faster then the 320.

If you change the diff to one off a 325 - the acceleration will drop slightly - but will also give better economy still?

i've had a 318, 320, and currently a 325 and loved them all! who cares what engine you go for? so long as its an e30 you'll love it :thumb:
