I took the cabby out for the weekend and did a bit of a burn on a motorway slip road joining the M3.

Not condoning speeding, i wanted to test the new 99 octane fuel that tescos have just released, so i tried to test her performance on it. She seemed more responsive, however, i noticed that around 95mph the ride got extremely light and twitchy, like car was about to take off! This hasn't happened before. Neddless to say i eased off the gas!

Any ideas why so twitchy? Don't want to make the car heavier and surely a rear wing won't really help downforce that much?

Just wonderng if it could just be a tyres/suspension issue....

If the toe in is too great it pushes the fornt up at speed.
Just try decreasing the toe in to start with, it's the chepest option :?
There is NO nucleus.

I'd say it's the shocks. e30s with bad shocks are outright scary at high speeds.

Any car is scary with bad shock's lol
I'd go with suspension first mate, that will make the car feel like it's floating down the road :D
