been looking around for wheels. 15x7.5j are hard to get so found some 2nd hand ones, but am not 100% convinced they would look cool. What to run 205/55 R15 tyres. 16" wheels are impossible to get over here. And the only 17" i like are the alpina reps, which i can get.
1Q: are these 15's crap?

2Q: all u guys running 17" with 205/40 R17, is the ride really that bad or is it liveable?
thanks for your comments

Not totally convinced mate. Might be worth waiting just a bit longer if possible for a better set.

stick with a o/e wheel i used to run bk 17's which handle fine and look good but don't take much of a pounding.

thanks for the comments guys. so its a no no to the 15"s they are ugly anyway. i know if i stick to it i will find the wheels i want. the reason for all the q's is as some of you might know i had a little accident last week, and while she is in the panel beaters i was going to have a replica alpina front lip put on, but i think it will look wierd with the bottle tops. . I think funds permitting i will put some 17" alpina reps on aswell. but will still look around for some 16" alpinas winkeye

Ive got 17" Alpina reps and my car is an everyday car, I just slow down for speed bumps and try to avoid pot holes.
