the pina skirts look exactly the same but they finnish lower on the rear quarter..Simon13 wrote:the skirts and boot spoiler are alpina ones, they look just like m-tech stuff.
No one is really sure about the m-tech 2 front bumper, it looks as if it's been on a long time if not from new. Who knows
it was up for Ԛ£4250, i've given Ԛ£3750 for it with a years ticket, 6 branch alpina manifold in the boot to go on and a new rear panel to replace the existing as it's rusting around the towing eye.andrewe30m3 wrote:well done... looks like a nice one...
If you don't mind my asking, how much was it?
I nearly sold my old convertible to the guy at WLN... He is a very nice chap and seems to know his stuff.
ive got a pair of scissor type leccy motors and linkages if you want em mate Ԛ£20 delivered to your shiny new toy at the Ace???Simon13 wrote:it's a bit of a wierd spec.
Has after market electric windows now, drivers doesn't work! passenger side is very slow! ?
Any car with Alpina wheels fitted from a dealer has this. My 535i Sport has it, and several other Alpina stickers under the bonnet, but, it's not a B10 as far as I can find out. Even though it's got an Alpina cam, exhaust manifold and so on.M5pilot wrote:it's a bit of a wierd spec.
The sticker on the drivers side for tyre pressures is even a green alpina one!
ONLY THE REAL ONES HAVE THOSE!...WHEN YOUR ASKED IF ITS A REAL ONE JUST OPEN THE DOOR AND SHOW EM THE GREEN STICKER AND WATCH EVERYONE DRIBBLE!
Makes sense really, as the standard tyre pressure plaque is for the standard sized wheels, and wouldn't be valid for a car with larger wheels.Pilsbury wrote:Any car with Alpina wheels fitted from a dealer has this. They were fitted during an engine rebuild a year and a bit ago (which dealer receipts to prove). The wheels however, were fitted when it was new, hence the stickerage.
Or maybe it is a genuine Alpina.
