Blower help after m52 swap

I need help, i have swapped an m52 into my e30 but my blower wont work on any speed i have jumped relay pon 87 and 30 and it work fine but i am not sure if i am getting power to fuse 20, when igniis on i get power from 85 and 86

Dan the man recommended i put a wire from the starter motor to pin 15,i bought a harnes that was ment to be plug and play but was missing pin 15 which stopped the heater and the windows from working it also stopped the rev gauge somehow but after running the wire to pin 15 all works again
