My return line inside my fuel tank is blocked,

Anyone know a good way to unblock it?
Ive sprayed it up with WD40 and let it soak for days and air pump to (200psi) and still not budging.

Perhaps try 'dyno-rodding' it with a length of wire or bowden cable, perhaps? Also try using a degreaser such as Gunk rather than WD40....

I need a new tank,
I cut open the fuel tank and removed the pipe and unblocked it, i then filled the tank up with water and the siphon is still not working. Something is messed up inside the pipe

Im after a used or new fuel tank..

Got a used 55l tank and fuel gauge to go with it,
The 63l tanks seem unreliable, 55l runs the transfer pipe outside the tank.
