Go to .GOV and click on : Reduce car tax on cars 20 to 40 years old. Maybe worth a try.

Highly doubt anything will be done about this with the whole net zero nonsensical government we have but I hope it does get reduced.

Don’t count on it. After the election if Labour get in they might take it away as they did in 90’s.
