Oil Leak - Any Ideas Please

I need help identifying where this oils leak if from if anyone has any idea?

Difficult to tell from photos, best idea is clean it all off and run the engine and see where it starts from. Popular causes from the top down;
Rocker cover gasket
Camshaft oil seals (there are two one on the shaft and one on the plate)
Headgasket [rarely]
Oil filter housing and or pressure relief valve.
Oil pressure switch
Sump gasket

As above, clean then tie up the viscous fan (stops blowing the leak/drips about). Take a look at the crankcase breather L/H side of engine around half way along on lower block.. it's a tube heading upwards around 25mm ish.
